<p>Instructions:</p>
<p>These are great on the outdoor grill, but equally good on an indoor grill or under the broiler. Mix all ingredients well and form into 4 &#8211; 6 individual patties. Grill or broil for about 5 to 7 minutes each side.  The feta cheese gives these a particularly wonderful and unique flavor. If you&#8217;re using an indoor grill you might need to spray it with a bit of nonstick spray because they to tend to stick a little.  Enjoy!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When you think of losing weight, you probably equate it to moving from a &#8220;bad&#8221; state (fat) to a &#8220;good&#8221; state (thin).  You may view your extra pounds as evil, disgusting creatures that have no right occupying space on your body, and you may even feel a bit disgusted with yourself for gaining the pounds in the first place.  This is a common feeling, but it can be incredibly damaging and continue to perpetuate the cycle of &#8220;bad and good&#8221; &#8211; even once you have lost weight.</p>
<p>In order to achieve truly lasting, healthy weight loss, you need to be thinking and acting from a core of worth.  Your core of worth is the foundation of belief that you truly deserve to be healthy, strong and happy.  Do you currently have such a foundation?  Or do you think about yourself and your weight along the lines of good or bad?  You may think that punishing yourself into losing weight by thinking of your fat (and yourself) as being gross and out of control will be effective, but it actually creates more resistance within you.</p>
<p>As a result, you continue to feel bad about yourself, treat your body poorly and eat more than you should.  If you then try to use that same mind-set to lose the excess weight, you will only make yourself feel worse and find it harder and harder to lose weight.</p>
<p>To achieve a healthy body and mind, you need to begin loving and believing in yourself as you are now.  You need to believe that you deserve to be healthy and happy, and let your actions flow naturally from that belief.  You need to act from a core of worth that says, &#8220;I deserve better than what I&#8217;ve been givng myself up to now.&#8221;  When you approach weight loss with this type of attitude, treating yourself kindly becomes much easier.  Keep saying to yourself every day, &#8220;I deserve to be treated kindly.  I deserve to eat foods I love and that make my body feel good&#8221;.  When you do this, your whole life becomes much more balanced and you don&#8217;t have to fight those inner and outer &#8220;demons&#8221; that kept you tied to unhealthy habits for so long.</p>

<p>It would be so great if there was a magic solution that would allow us to go on eating whatever we wanted, but still lose weight. </p>
<p>There is a lot of choice with weight loss pills from prescribed drugs to natural health products. Often times, natural products can be just as effective as the chemical alternative, but they can still cause unwanted reactions so it is important to check all of the possible side effects.</p>
<p>Some of the most effective weight loss pills are fat blockers which prevent the body from digesting some of the fat that is consumed. With these products it is important to remember that not all of our calories are consumed as fat. When we eat a lot of sugar or other carbohydrates, these can also be converted into fat stores by the body. Fat blocking pills will not prevent this happening.</p>
<p>Nor do they block 100% of the fat that we eat. This is because some fat is essential to our health. Blocking all of it from being digested would stop us from getting some of the nutrients that we need.</p>
<p>Another type of weight loss pill is one that claims to reduce the appetite. In theory, this means that a person would eat less.</p>
<p>The problem with this is that most people who are overweight do not only eat when they are hungry. If they did, they would not be overweight. So having less of an appetite will not necessarily mean that you eat less.</p>
<p>Whatever weight loss solution you choose, it is vital to make sure that you are receiving all of the nutrients that a healthy body needs while you are dieting. </p>
<p>It is never worth taking anything that could endanger your life, just to lose weight. Losing weight should be part of a process that improves your health. </p>

<p>How the FullBar Plan Works</p>

<p>The object of this plan is to notice how full you feel in the 30 minutes after you eat the bar. You want to feel full enough to not eat too much, but not so full that you want to skip a meal. This isn’t about meal replacement; it&#8217;s about eating smaller portions.</p>

<p>With this plan, people are losing weight without feeling hungry. Hunger is the one thing that drives people to throw their diet out the window and rifle through the pantry for anything edible, usually coming up with fatty and sugary snacks. <p>Instructions:</p>
<p>Heat oil in skillet. Saute onions in oil until softened.  Stir in spinach, cooking until leaves are very wilted.  In a medium mixing bowl mix together eggs, cheese, salt and pepper to your liking. Stir in the spinach and onion and pour into a greased pie pan or casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees F 30-40 minutes, until eggs are set and top is lightly browned.  Keep an eye on the dish the last ten minutes of the cooking.  The eggs can burn pretty easily.  You may need to adjust your temperture a bit as well, if your oven tends to be overly hot you might end up with a burnt outer edge and a mushy not set center.  </p>

<p><strong>How the 90/10 diet Plan Works<br />
</strong><br />
The basics of the plan are simple; you eat a healthy diet 90 percent of the time and 10 percent of the time you are allowed other foods. Those other foods would be “comfort foods.” In her book, she calls them “fun foods” which removes the stigma of being naughty or forbidden foods.</p>
<p>Her book is the basis for the plan – “The 90/10 Weight-Loss Plan: A Scientifically Designed Balance of Healthy Foods and Fun Foods.” For the 90 percent, she offers two weeks of meal plans to get you started. During this time you learn about portion control, the amount of calories you should be eating for your body and how to get the good foods in that you need without feeling deprived. There are three diet plans in the book based on calorie consumption &#8211; 1200, 1400, and 1600.</p>
<p>There is even a list of “fun foods” for you to examine. It is a fact that when you feel like you can’t have something, you will want to eat it even more. Having a list of these foods puts some dimensions and measures on the excesses we can enjoy.</p>

<p>This diet plan is great for those who don’t like to be told what to eat all the time. You are given guidelines to help you choose what foods are healthy for you. Many people have found success with this plan because this diet doesn’t have a lot of rules to contend with, so it can fit into plenty of lifestyles.</p>
